The Society is committed to the prompt and safe delivery of all products purchased through our online shop.


Charges are calculated depending on weight (kg) and the destination of the order and are calculated automatically.

Should you require item/s to be sent Special or Recorded Delivery etc, or if you have any general questions regarding delivery please contact the publishing department.

Most international deliveries (Europe and Rest of World) are sent out by Parcel Force. Deliveries within the UK are handled by Royal Mail. Please note: delivery times may vary or be affected by circumstances outside of the Society's control. Should there be a siginificant delay in dispatch we will contact the customer accordingly.


The Society has a 30-day returns guarantee. If you return your item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving the item the EES will refund the sale price. If there has been no error on the part of the Society we will refund only the cost of the item, not the cost of delivery. If your item has been damaged in transit or becomes faulty please return it to us within 30 days of receiving the order. Replacement items will be sent out on receipt of damaged or faulty goods at no extra cost to the customer. All items returned will be checked, and in the event that we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for any replacement item/s and their delivery. All returns should be addressed to:
